New Extra Virgin Olive Oil

In collaboration with Slow Food Florence, Dot.Com is organizing a theme night brouchure

To discover together the countless nuances of flavours, aromas and colours of extra virgin olive oil.

bottiglia olio The theme night has been conceived with the aim of creating the culture of the product, and satisfying the increasingly curious consumer, offering the opportunity to taste and enjoy discovering how an olive oil belongs to one dish rather than another, emphasizing the aroma and highlighting the taste. During the evening, olive oils provided by “Gonnelli 1585" will be sampled and matched with different courses; a Taster from the Chamber of Commerce will lead the tasting explaining the various combinations of oil and dishes. Dinner will be accompanied by wines of "Altomena", presented by Nico Sartori, who produces the wine.

  • Cod salad with black olives scented with lemon
  • Ribollita with new extra virgin olive oil
  • ‘Gnudi’ pasta with new extra virgin olive oil and pecorino cheese
  • Sirloin steak with Colonnata lard with a crust of herbs and potato caponata
  • Pistocchi fondant chocolate cake
